The Center for Immunometabolism focuses on the intersection between metabolism and the immune system for developing more in-depth understanding of related pathological disease processes to develop better therapeutics and treatment strategies. CIM seeks to capitalize on a systemic approach to tackling complex, multi-organ processes by leveraging experts in different but related areas of immunology, cardiometabolism, renal, lung, and liver pathologies, and cancer.
